Keeping Up with Trove Activity
FTWeb has two ways to keep up with Trove activity: the in-site Recent Activity panel and optional email digests. These have separate controls.
Recent Activity in the site
Open the activity bell/badge for a Trove to see recent changes. Entries show who acted, what happened, and when; related edits may be grouped together. Select an entry to go to the related item. New activity is marked, and Mark all seen clears the new indicators. The Include my updates option controls whether your own changes appear in this panel.
Email digests
Open Account → Preferences → Notification Preferences to set an email digest cadence for each Trove, or unsubscribe from all Trove notification emails. A digest is sent only when there has been activity since your last notification; inactive Troves are skipped. The system assigns a send time, so delivery may occur within a few hours of the chosen window. Save your preferences after making changes.
Changing the email cadence does not change the in-site activity panel, and marking activity seen in the site is separate from email delivery.
