Discussions
Discussions let Trove members talk about the collection and its records. A Member or higher can participate; Visitors can read Trove items but do not have the Discussions page or discussion participation controls.
Trove and item discussions
The Trove-level Discussions page is titled General Discussions. Use it for conversations about the Trove that are not tied to a particular item. Each item also has its own discussion area, shown with that item's details, for comments about that specific record. These are separate conversation threads.
Comments can be replied to in threads and reacted to. Members can manage their own comments; Administrators and Owners have broader moderation controls. Use the discussion appropriate to the subject so item-specific context stays with the item.
