Bequeathing is the simple process of identifying the person or entity that you wish to own the treasure after you have departed from this world. Naming them here in Family Treasures makes your intentions known to your trove members (click About Trove Membership for information on inviting members to your trove). Your members can indicate their interest in the item using the "heart scale" that appears below their name. You as the owner of the trove decide who will be the next owner and can keep a tally of the bequeaths. Depending on your situation, you may want to distribute your treasures as evenly as possible. Fairness and transparency to the recipients help keep family unity and cohesion.
