  • Photo(s) — one or more images.
  • Description — rich-text summary.
  • Background — rich-text history or provenance notes.
  • Significance — rich-text notes on why the item matters.
  • Category — one choice from the Trove's Treasure Category set (for example, Artwork or Furniture).
  • Condition — one choice from the Condition set, from Mint through Needs Restoration.
  • Status — one choice from Item Status, such as Active, Lost, Donated, Sold, or Destroyed.
  • Date Acquired — approximate date or date range.
  • Date Appraised — approximate date or date range.
  • Date Made — approximate date or date range.

The default Category, Condition, and Item Status sets can be managed for the Trove. Add or edit category choices to fit your collection. The Name field is required and locked; other fields can be renamed, reordered, removed, or changed to another field type.
